Very delicious, fresh seafood meals here. Best food we've had so far on the coast in Guerrero. also had a bird tour of the laguna on a boat with Cheli. Everyone was so friendly :) the margaritas were strong! Went on a weekday morning at 9am and the enramada was able to seat our party of ten.
This restaurant was reccomended to me by a guy who has been in the village for months. So, I decided he might know a thing or two about the area. My sister and I went down to try it out. She ordered Camarones de Coco (coconut shrimp). I had Camarones Potosí, shrimp stuffed with a bit of cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. The first thing I noticed was they REALLY know how to cook the shrimp! It's not uncommon for local restaurants to butterfly the shrimp and overcook them. At Rosita's you get big, plump shrimp cooked just right. They came with a small salad and rice. Also, a basket of handmade tortillas. After lunch we had huge, delicious margaritas that are the biggest and cheapest on the beach. I know. I've done my share of research! The view is very peaceful, looking out over the lagoon. If you like birdwatching there are several species to see. The staff is fantastic. They are prompt, friendly, and attentive. I've already gone back 2 more times and I'll continue to return Thanks for the tip, Ronny!

Enramada Rosita is a great place to eat super fresh seafood very nicely cooked. The service is great with Rosita and her family who are very friendly and funny and instantly make you feel at home. Prices are fair and a bit cheaper than the other restaurants at the beach. The spot is beautiful, right in the lagoon and it gets a nice breeze. They rent double kayaks at a much cheaper rate than the huts near the beach and they even have a lovely handmade craft gallery if you want to pick a souvenir or a lovely present. The 'camarones a la mera diabla' are delicious and incredibly spicy . I highly recommended this place.
Rosita is a great tour guide for bird watching in the lagoon. And the seafood in the restaurant is fresh and delicious.
We had a fantastic tour of the lagoon! Rosita and her Captain were very knowledgeable about the entire ecosystem, and for all the birders, she definitely knows her stuff. Restaurant is a quaint and delightful, covered, open air place. The food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this as a stand out place that you'd never know about among all the similar looking places.
